Founded in 2010, Hispanic Access Foundation is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting Latinos with partners and opportunities to improve their lives and create an equitable society. Through our Theory of Change, we build pathways to leadership, influence systems and policy, and shift narratives so Latino communities are not only engaged—but positioned to lead in spaces where they have been historically underrepresented.

Our work is rooted in trust, dedication, excellence, service to comunidad, and versatility. While Washington, D.C. serves as our headquarters, Hispanic Access operates as a fully remote organization with staff working across the country.
